Cooking Class - Classic Thai Sunday Brunch

What You’ll Do

Learn to make 3 authentic Thai dishes!

In this Thai cooking class, Chef Maew will show you how to make chicken satay, the classic Thai appetizer as well as the accompanying peanut sauce. You will also learn to make beef green curry from start to finish and a fantastic pad Thai dish. Chef Maew explains and demonstrates the importance of presentation and will teach you that there's no need to be intimidated by cooking. She recommends great substitutions in case you don't have the time or access to more elusive ingredients.

Chef Maew will also show you her beautiful and bountiful garden where she gets most of her produce. Many of the crops have grown from just seeds and some are very hard to find in stores.

Guests are welcome to bring their own beverage to the class.

Chef Maew was an absolute delight! First and foremost, her Thai food was absolutely delicious... I was in a food coma by the end of the lesson! And her venue was BEAUTIFUL. You could see the harbor from her living room! I will definitely take Chef Maew's class again.
