Cooking Class - 5-Day Foodie Fun Kids: Baking Adventures - Glendale

What You’ll Do

Young chefs will immerse in five days learning how to make exquisite treats.

This cooking series focused on baking is crafted for young chefs from the ages 7-11 who are curious to see the kitchen's magic. During these five days of summer cooking classes, they'll explore the basics of basics while having a blast. Every day, they will focus on making a different meal, exploring both sweet and savory flavors. From kneading dough to baking pretzels, an expert chef will guide them through every step, teaching them basic food prep skills as well as the best practices for kitchen safety.

Classes typically run for two to two and a half hours, unless specified otherwise. Group work is a key component; kids can expect to collaborate with four other students. The class involves standing, cooking and active participation throughout. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required and long hair should be securely tied back for safety. Please note that these are drop-off classes.В Parents do not stay during the classes.

Wonderful experience making different types of pasta and a salad with friends. This class had a lot of people but we each had our own workstation and learned a lot. Time flew by. Will definitely come back to do another class!
