WHAT YOU’LL DO
Learn how to create a variety of tasty dishes using avocado.
In this unique cooking class, you'll learn how versatile the simple avocado can be. Led by a talented chef, you and your date will be shown how to prepare a variety of dishes using avocado as the prime ingredient. To begin, you'll learn how to make a blackened shrimp and avocado cucumber bite. You'll then get to prepare a healthy forbidden rice with sweet and spicy salmon followed by an indulgent avocado dessert with coconut cream.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
