He has garnered tons of experience as a chef, specializing in sushi, ramen, brunch, vegan foods and more throughout his career. He has lived and worked in both Spain and France, learning all that he could about their culinary worlds. After years of experience in the catering industry, Chef Nate is now the owner of his own catering company, specializing in health foods and special diets.
