Our instructor will show you useful techniques from braising cabbage and making fluffy mashed potatoes to enhancing corned beef with a mustard and honey glaze. Work alongside your date to perfect your baking as you prepare cheesy soda bread. When it’s time for dessert, we’ll share secrets for making a decadent chocolate cake spiked with Irish whiskey.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
