class was fun. but very light and fluffy. big disappointment is not having the correct containers to bring things home! you just taste while there and then leave everything

Chef John was great! I think the next class was scheduled too close to ours b/c we had to really rush at the end and we didn't get to enjoy our food b/c we had to eat so fast. I would have preferred to take it home with me or have more time to eat. Kids are slower than grownups and if they are really participating like my granddaughter was, more time should be allowed. Also, no where on the address did it say at - I had to call the 800 number to get that information.

There was supposed to be another couple in the class but they didnâ€™t show, so it was just my us and and I. We had a blast! The chefs were so personable and nice. The food was absolutely delicious, we couldnâ€™t get over how good it was. The reason we give four stars instead of five is because of the address. It gives an address with no name, and itâ€™s located in an outside shopping mall. We could not find it for the life of us, it kept saying it was a restaurant. Turns out it was located inside a cooking store and there was no marking saying it was a host of â€œcozymealâ€ cooking classes. But overall great time!! Definitely recommend!

Loved the class. I was able to make the croissants at home with ease. My family loved them. Looking forward to my next class.

Excellent instructor. Great hands-on experience. I was able to go home and replicate the recipes.

Our instructor was super hands on - taught us some great techniques! Food turned out amazing. We were all impressed!

I loved the class. The ladies I was paired up with were a little chatty so was hard to listen to chef! Before class I was very intimidated but after class I was I got this! Excited to try making fresh pasta my self! Great class over all would definitely take again!

Absolutely loved the class. I'm an experienced baker and have wanted to make macarons. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable. I enjoyed the class so much, I'm considering taking the class again as it was so much fun!!!

My husband and I had an enjoyable time. The food turned out excellent. Chef Joy and the others in the class were delightful to be around. There was a lot of standing. I wish we had been able to at least sit down to eat the delicious food. Overall great experience.

The class was great! The menu was delicious and doable at home. The instructor was spot on. Looking forward to doing the next class!

The class was well organized and moved at a good pace. I was not impressed with Chef Dan. He didnâ€™t seem to enjoy what he was doing; he didnâ€™t show us anything new or different in regards to cooking. He walked around with paper recipes and read the steps from them.

Very disappointing experience with Cozymeal. The class did not follow its own policy (no participants under 14), yet there were multiple young children present. The manager showed no interest in addressing the issue, and the instructor was not the chef we were expecting. I traveled for what was supposed to be a special day, and it fell far short. Would not recommend.

We had the Winter Feast. The leading chef was friendly and knowledgeable and the assistant although new was helpful and with a great personality. We brought our niece (14yrs old 5'5") and nephew (17yrs old & 6'4") to this experience as our holiday trip. I wanted to help encourage a curiosity and healthy relationship with food. Pros - nice facility, staff, pre measured ingredients, and great recipe. Cons. - Our slice of meat was wayyy smaller than the group across from us. We got the butt weird skinny piece of the tenderloin (Also, it added to the disappointment that my niece is a picky eater and steak is one of the few things that she will eat and we got such a small portion. I mentioned this but might have been too late for them to adjust.) Also, directions were a little confusing on how much leeway we had to adjust based on our needs. - they said we could wait till is was browned for the brussel sprouts the way we wanted but then were rushing us saying it was fine and move on, or when we wanted to adjust our cooking time for our smaller steak we wound up being Well done verse Medium Rare (My niece only nibbled at pieces from it) At the end they said "they are more guidelines than an exact recipe". Also any pre class information about what to wear or be prepared for would have been beneficial for overall process. In addition the chef's mic was not working and it was hard to hear instructor over everyone and store music playing directly above us. The toffee pudding was delicious - but we only found about coffee being included when the event was over.

VERY disorganized , too many people booked, chef was spread too thin for teaching, we got the wrong ingredients and then we were scolded for not having the right ones, the spices were premeasured on one paper bowl but not labeled and we were instructed to pull out the tray with certain spices on it. No one knew which were which, we used dough to make dosa and most of the dishes didnâ€™t taste similar to the dish-recipes were available AFTER the class but were not the same recipes we were actually making. At one point we were so lost that I got the recipe to follow, the chef took it right out of my hand and said â€œthat is not what we are usingâ€. He was reading from a separate recipe sheet he had in his hand. He repeat throughout the class that the class was very hard to teach as it was complicated but not sure that helped the situation.

The directions did not state the state to be in store. It stated â€œ700 Rosemary St., which has numerous stores. I searched for 30 mins. Class- disorganized, few teaching points, no place to sit and eat, no directions as to where to utensils or
