What You’ll Do

Learn to make ravioli from scratch in this festive hands-on cooking experience.

Bring in the holidays by learning to make delicious ravioli from scratch. First, a gourmet chef instructor will teach you to make handmade pasta dough. Then, you'll use your dough to craft an innovative menu of ravioli dishes, including acorn squash ravioli with sage butter sauce and herbed ricotta ravioli with tomato-pancetta sauce. You'll pair your ravioli with a fresh arugula salad with pears, gorgonzola and pine nuts.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
