Cooking Class - Fun and Festive Hors d'Oeuvres

What You’ll Do

These festive hors d’oeuvres are the perfect start to any holiday party.

These holiday hors d’oeuvres will have your guests begging you for the recipe. Led by a gourmet chef, you'll learn to make homemade crackers with smoked salmon and crème fraîche, beef Wellington with mushroom sauce, a caramelized Gruyère and mushroom tartlet, and a crostini with roasted butternut squash purée, honey and manchego. If you want to learn to elevate your annual holiday party, this is the class for you.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

There was 12 people at the class and it was disorganized. There should of been more direction when making the food. Chef Matt was nice and the food was good. My favorite part was making the pasta.
