In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll take a culinary journey across the Mediterranean, showcasing colorful produce, robust spices and traditional techniques of the region. From a bright Greek salad with briny olives, fresh greens and salty feta to creamy roasted pepper hummus with crunchy crudité, you’ll practice foundational skills from balancing flavors to improving your knife work.

For the main course, you’ll craft a flavorful chicken shawarma with fresh pita served with almond and lime jasmine rice. Finish the meal with fragrant baked pears seasoned with cinnamon, maple and vanilla.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
