Take a culinary journey across China, crafting iconic dishes from each province.
Bring the flavors and textures of classic dim sum to your kitchen with the skills you master in this chef-led cooking class. Make a variety of iconic dishes found in Chinese cuisines, totally from scratch. Chop and mix savory fillings for several dumpling styles using ingredients like pork, shrimp, scallion and chives, then neatly fold your dumplings and steam. Knead and bake your own fluffy bao buns and stuff with homemade BBQ pork, then fire up the wok for teriyaki chicken or beef and classic fried rice with egg.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

It was so much fun! Learned several techniques from Chef James and the food was amazing. I believe the small class size helped. I would recommend this class.
