WHAT YOU’LL DO

These delicate French pastries are your first-class ticket to sweet flavor for friends and family.
Bake something special for your loved ones with this hands-on cooking class on the marvelous macaron. You'll learn to craft exemplary meringue, piped into perfect disks and filled with an intriguing array of creamy fillings. Your esteemed chef instructor will help you master this magical bake to make your next gathering extra delicious.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Excellent instructor. Chef Julie provided an entertaining class with her knowledge of the history Thai foods and details about where to buy some of the more difficult ingredients. Meal was great for cooks of all levels to prepare.
