Through a delicate combination of “down home” flavor and eclectic approaches, the Southern California native strives to craft classic and innovative creations that ignite the palette. Chef Damon is super friendly and his seafood pasta is stunning. He prepares everything elegantly and with ease. He also has experience with a lot of different cuisines and shared some really cool knowledge about Caribbean cuisine with me. Definitely recommend Chef Damon for parties large and small!
