Experience the bright, vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine in this interactive cooking class. Chef Jason will guide you using fresh ingredients and traditional recipes native to the region.

Begin by roasting fresh cauliflower with savory olives, crunchy pine nuts and warm nutmeg. Next, prepare a tender swordfish seasoned with a hot chili pepper paste and olive oil, and sided by a mix of butter beans, kale and white turnips cooked in butter and topped with mint. End your meal by grilling peaches and pairing them with sweet cream, candied pecans and fresh thyme.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Jason clearly knows his stuff and is no newcomer to teaching people how to cook, that's obvious. He stays true to his Southern roots however don't be fooled, he has a wide variety of cuisines up his sleeves. I highly recommend all of his classes!!
