What You’ll Do

Explore the rich, bright and vibrant flavors of Thai cuisine.

Master the art of Thai cuisine while upgrading your kitchen skills in this cooking class. A five-star chef instructor will guide you through techniques and recipes to create a handful of authentic dishes, including a dish with a spicy element, classic pad Thai, and a decadent dessert.

Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Explanations were poor, and I didn’t feel like she enjoyed what she was doing

This was my first class I was under the impression that I would learn more than I did. I feel we should have been making all the different parts of the dishes. We did not know how the sorbet was made, or even the rice noodles. I feel we didn't even understand how to roll the fresh rolls with poached shrimp. We did not get hints on how to roll it up. Like get the cutting board wet before we put the rice paper wrappers down to roll up the ingredients. I was very disappointed.

I loved the class. Maybe a few tweaks needed but all in all I would do it again. I'm not a chef but I learned some new skills that I'll take with me. I'd take a class again.
