Enjoy every step of the process that is homemade pasta and stuffed ravioli. This hands-on cooking class covers all the basics of making pasta dough along with the chance to fill and savor two unique ravioli dishes. After kneading and rolling out your dough, you will pipe in filling and cut out each pillow of goodness. Pumpkin ravioli with brown butter and sage and a three-cheese ravioli with pancetta and tomato sauce showcase the possibilities. You will also prepare a citrusy salad to cleanse your palate.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
