Learn how to make potato gnocchi from scratch in this culinary lesson.
Grab your apron and discover how to create potato gnocchi in this interactive cooking class. Chef Gabriel will also guide you through classic Italian recipes to serve alongside your gnocchi meal.
Begin by building a caprese salad tossed with peaches, burrata cheese and drizzled with balsamic. For the main event, craft potato gnocchi and mix it with Italian cured meat, red wine, fresh tomatoes and Parmesan, and carefully slice zucchini for carpaccio with mustard seeds and tomato vinaigrette. End your meal by making an authentic tiramisu infused with coffee.
