Cooking Class - Vegan Mediterranean Favorites

Delight in flavors of the Mediterranean with this completely vegan menu.

Roll up your sleeves and practice culinary techniques as you work through a menu of Mediterranean-inspired dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Landi.

Begin by chopping ripe tomatoes and herbs for a simple but mouthwatering bruschetta, and simmer lentils with homemade stock and a minced vegetable medley for a creamy soup. Next, you'll roll out homemade pasta noodles infused with turmeric and toss them in a cashew cream sauce studded with fresh vegetables, including mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and spinach. Finally, craft a decadent a dairy-free cheesecake from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This was a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Chef Landi provided excellent instructions. The food we made was fresh and delicous. Chef Landi was a lot of fun. He gave us great tips and I highly recommend his class.

We had a terrific experience at Chef Landi’s place! He customized the meals for multiple dietary restrictions. We learned new knife skills and everyone enjoyed the dinner, particularly the lentil soup!
