Learn how to cook elevated vegetarian fare with Italian flair.

Celebrate the bounty of the garden in this vegetarian cooking class, where Chef Julia will guide you step-by-step as you create an Italian farm-to-table feast from seasonal produce.

Class will begin with preparing a citrusy fennel salad, which is accented with pops of pomegranate and basil. For the main course, learn how to bake a zesty eggplant parmigiana, which pairs perfectly with a creamy three-cheese polenta. For dessert, Chef Julia will teach you how to make a sweet berry zabaglione custard featuring ripe berries and mint.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Julia was WONDERFUL. My friend said it was like she "appeared out of thin air, taught us some magic, and then disappeared without a trace -- like a fairy!" and she was correct. Julia answered all our questions, was totally accommodating of our various dietary restrictions, and was a joy to be around. Would recommend a class with her to anyone. Thank you for making the last night of our bachelorette weekend a huge hit!
