Class will begin with preparing a citrusy fennel salad, which is accented with pops of pomegranate and basil. For the main course, learn how to bake a zesty eggplant parmigiana, which pairs perfectly with a creamy three-cheese polenta. For dessert, Chef Julia will teach you how to make a sweet berry zabaglione custard featuring ripe berries and mint.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Julia was WONDERFUL. My friend said it was like she "appeared out of thin air, taught us some magic, and then disappeared without a trace -- like a fairy!" and she was correct. Julia answered all our questions, was totally accommodating of our various dietary restrictions, and was a joy to be around. Would recommend a class with her to anyone. Thank you for making the last night of our bachelorette weekend a huge hit!

Fantastic Expereince. I got this as a gift to my parents for Christmas and attended the class with them at their home. Chef Julia is super experienced, a wealth of knowledge and an excellent instructor. We had a great time!

Julia's in-home cooking class was fantastic! She's both professional and friendly, weaving entertaining stories into her teachings. The dishes were not only exceptionally tasty but also a breeze to make. Julia's consideration for our food sensitivities was much appreciated. Her organized approach and tidying up during the class kept things smooth. Overall, it was a super fun day filled with valuable lessons.

Chef Julia was the best! The food was delicious, but more importantly Chef Julia went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Incredibly personable and fun to talk with, and was extremely informative about the dishes and her past culinary experiences. We could not have asked for anything more and had an incredible class. We had a wonderful experience with Chef Julia. She arrived on time, brought everything we needed, and was a pleasure to be around! It was a small class, just my wife and I, and she provided the perfect mix of teaching us how to cook the meal (hands-on) vs. cleaning up for us and preparing when we were eating. I would definitely recommend her!
The Cozymeal website made everything very streamlined and easy, including communicating with Chef Julia leading up to the event. I would definitely use Cozymeal again!

We had the pleasure of having Private Chef Julia Holland come over to show my girlfriend and our friends how to make a phenomenal 3 course vegan meal from scratch and we could not recommend her more. She was so personable, knowledgeable, and professional that it felt like a good friend was teaching us how to make amazing, fresh Italian food. Between the heirloom tomato bruschetta, the vegan pesto with fresh cavatelli pasta, and the strawberry compote panna cotta it was an all around wonderful and exceptionally delicious occasion. Just waiting for the next special occasion (or any excuse really) to get her back over for another fantastic dinner night!
