Try your hand at gourmet French cuisine prepared with West Coast flair in this cooking class with Chef Kevin. You'll learn gourmet techniques for preparing a meal featuring fresh, flavorful recipes that make the most of regional ingredients.

Start by assembling tempting crostini topped with creamy brie and plump blueberries. Next, prepare succulent lamb lollipops, unique potato cakes called pavГ©, purple broccolini and herbal touches of parsley and mint. For dessert, you'll poach pears in Chardonnay and purple butterfly pea flower tea until tender and serve with zesty lemon crema.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
