Handcraft a handful of vibrant New American dishes in this engaging and interactive cooking class with Chef Kevin. Learn smart cooking techniques as you create recipes with fresh, incredible ingredients.

To start, you'll top slices of crispy French bread with tart strawberries and creamy goat cheese. Next, cook a stunning rack of lamb and a red wine reduction sauce, which you'll pair with fluffy couscous, broccolini and a fresh zucchini mint purГ©e. Finish by baking up tartlets filled with lemon curd and topped with farm-fresh raspberries.

Kevin did a great job showing us great tips for prepping food and chopping vegetables. The 6 courses was great, extra large raspberries. Would book Kevin again. He cleaned up the whole kitchen after also.

Chef Kevin was outstanding. His dishes were a big hit, and he was open to modifying the menu given some of the dietary restrictions our group had. Everything was delicious and very high end.
