Chef Travels to You

Growing up in Illinois on a sixteen-acre family farm, eating our own healthy and sustainable produce inspired me to attend Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago. I completed my culinary externship under Chef Giuseppe Tentori at the Michelin Star award winning Boka, and volunteer regularly with Chef Art Smith's non-profit organization, Common Threads. I bring my passion for local and family-farmed produce into all the meals I prepare and I look forward to hosting you!

I was so impressed by the way Chef Patricia beautifully and artistically plated every dish. I felt like I was at a high-end restaurant. The lamb was so tender and flavorful and her honey crisp apples from her family's farm were some of the best I've tasted! Patricia is very friendly and welcoming and her food is superb. You can really taste the astonishing difference her fresh California ingredients make in every bite!

This was a fantastic meal in a beautiful home. Chef Patricia has a way with ingredients and coaxes the very best out of each -- the squash soup was like the essence of autumn and the scallops were perfectly seared to bring out their natural sweetness. The space is comfortable and Chef Patricia is a wonderful hostess! Can't wait for my next visit to Hayward.
