Explore a menu that adds contemporary touches to a classic steakhouse dinner.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef Ozzy will teach you how unique ingredients can make a meal pop, and culinary techniques that includes slicing fish, pan-searing steak and cooking potatoes in a decadent sauce.

Gather in the kitchen as you begin by preparing seasonal fish for a crudo paired with fermented vegetables. For the main course, you'll learn how to pan-sear steak to perfection and whip up an herby chimichurri sauce along with cooking potatoes in a buttery beurre montГ© sauce. Banana bread is re-envisioned for dessert and paired with fried sage and nutmeg Chantilly.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My wife and I took the "modern steakhouse" cooking class with Ozzy because we were having trouble getting the desired temperature on our steaks. Ozzy came to our apartment for the class which I thought was very helpful because we got to learn in our own kitchen. Ozzy is a very experienced and accomplished chef but he was also very friendly and we loved his teaching style as it allowed us to watch him and then replicate for ourselves. IĐ²Đ‚â„¢ve cooked steak 3 times since and I have been able to cook the steak at medium rare consistently. We are very grateful that we took this lesson and would recommend Chef Ozzy to anyone that wants to learn about cooking.

Ozzy was very friendly, respectful, and clean but this was actually not a good meal at all. Would not recommend even for 10% the price. For the price it was a complete rip off. Salad - terrible dressing and there wasnĐ²Đ‚â„¢t anything thing in it besides arugula and Parmesan. Pasta- extremely salty. To a degree we did not want to eat after 2 bites. Steak - this dish was 7/10. Cooked very well, great presentation, over seasoned and too salty Dessert - pretty good but the cake was dry. For the price we though this was an outrageous rip off and I would not recommend to others.
