WHAT YOU’LL DO

Elevate pizza to another level by creating a staple pizza from the East Coast.
in this interactive cooking class featuring Italian favorites, Chef Nicholas will introduce you to the proper techniques for cooking up a traditional crispy pan bar pizza. This pizza variation is characterized by being thin, buttery and incredibly flavorful.

Begin by making a colorful and fresh heirloom tomato salad with mozzarella, arugula and a balsamic reduction. Then, you'll learn the basics to create the best 10" pan bar pizza, customizing it with your favorite sauce and toppings. For dessert, Chef Nicholas will teach you how to bake a sweet apple pie pizza.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
