What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare traditional Spanish small plates meant for sharing with Chef Jared.

In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Jared will teach you fundamental techniques while demonstrating a series of vibrant Spanish tapas recipes. Discover the regional ingredients that give these exciting dishes their signature flavors.

Begin with a bright white bean salad with roasted red peppers followed by the iconic patatas bravas with garlic aioli and a rich, roasted tomato sauce. Next, tangy piquillo peppers are stuffed with goat cheese. Chef Jared will guide you as you prepare head-on shrimp in a garlic and sherry broth before finishing with cinnamon-spiced arroz con leche.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
