There's no pasta like homemade pasta, and this hands-on cooking class with Chef Sawsan will show you how the magic happens. Discover how the difference of having fresh pasta on the table can make your whole meal shine.

Begin by building a Caprese panzanella salad, a combination of greens, tomatoes and fresh sourdough topped with balsamic vinaigrette. Then, create your own handmade pasta and shape it into ravioli stuffed with tender spinach and creamy ricotta and topped with herby pesto. For dessert, bake up ricciarelli, chewy Italian cookies with almonds.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We learned so much from Chef Sawsan and had a great time making pita and naan and accompanying accoutrements. Her pita oven is so much fun! And her naan recipe is the best naan I've ever had. We even used the same dough to make an incredibly delicious caramelized onion and pear flatbread. I'll definitely be making these recipes at home!
