You'll begin with edamame, made sweet and spicy with a blend of honey, soy and chili sauce. Practice the process for making the perfect sushi rice and use it for a California roll filled with crab and avocado. Then, create chicken fried rice that's better than takeout and prepare a creamy coconut mango mousse for a tropical dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Dos was a phenomenal instructor, and really easy going! My fiancГ© and I participated in his sushi making class and weĐ²Đ‚â„¢re not disappointed! We learned how to make sushi and then enjoyed it together! It was a really fun experience and Chef Dos made it even more enjoyable with his conversations with us. Thank you Chef Dos and we highly recommend him!
