Join Chef Alex to learn new culinary skills and make an impressive Italian spread.

In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to chop, mix and sauté like a seasoned pro. Chef Alex will teach you kitchen skills, like emulsifying dressings and cheese-making tips that you can use at home.

Begin by making homemade ricotta bruschetta with roasted tomatoes and savory pancetta. You’ll also hand make pappardelle pasta paired with a meaty ragu bolognese made from scratch. Finally, creamy budino infused with white rum makes the perfect dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Chef Alex was friendly and knowledgeable, and all of his recipes were incredible. We would absolutely recommend a cooking experience with him!

We received Cozy Meal experience as a gift. We weren't sure what to expect. Inviting a stranger in our home to teach us cooking techniques while cooking a 5-course meal seemed so unorthodox. However, what a treat it was. Chef Alex was very friendly, and he adapted well to our kitchen area. We started with making a bolognese. Once that was in the oven, we made ricotta! It tasted amazing. I will be making it again. We roasted tomatoes and pancetta and enjoyed a delicious bruschetta with an arugula salad and a homemade vinaigrette. This was followed by making our own pasta, cooking it, and smothering it with the bolognese. For dessert, we enjoyed a caramel custard that tasted like werther's caramels. The whole menu is Chef Alex's own creation. This was a meal we would order at a nice restaurant. Very delicious and now we can make it at home for ourselves. I also want to add that my 9 year old granddaughter joined in on the fun. Chef Alex was very patient with her and took extra time to explain the process with her. I didn't expect her to eat much of the meal, but she ate some of all of it, including the arugula salad. Overall, we were very pleased and would do it again thanks to Chef Alex.
