Cooking Class - Vegan Pastry Workshop

What You’ll Do

Join Chef Lisa in making an impressive spread of vegan pastries completely from scratch.

In this hands-on baking class, you’ll make flaky and fluffy pastries with vegan-friendly ingredients. Chef Lisa will show you how to use plant-based swaps for traditional staples like butter and eggs to whip up delectable baked goods.

First, make impressive pain au chocolats filled with rich chocolate and coated with almonds. Then, craft a comforting apple tart bursting with fresh fruit and notes of vanilla. You’ll also learn how to make charming cakelets featuring distinct hazelnut and espresso notes as well as delightful cream puffs with raspberry-infused filling.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
