What You’ll Do

Recreate a classic steak dinner with all the trimmings, featuring fully plant-based dishes.

Chef Nedra leads aspiring chefs on a lesson in vegan steakhouse goodness in this hands-on cooking class. You'll discover how simple it is to turn wholesome, plant-based ingredients into a meal that satisfies from start to finish.

Begin your lesson with savory stuffed mushrooms, filled will hearts of palm and smoked gouda before preparing meaty portobello steaks paired with crisp yet tender steamed asparagus. You'll also create garlic mashed potatoes topped with plant-based mushroom gravy and a sweet potato s'mores pie that proves vegan desserts are nothing short of decadent.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Nedra provided an incredible meal for my wife and I as a date night/belated birthday gift. The crab cakes were phenomenal, risotto and salmon were perfect, and the crepes delicious. Highly recommended.
