Simple ingredients turn ultra-flavorful in this Japanese sushi-centered meal with you as the sushi chef.

Learn all the tricks of the trade to make the perfect handmade sushi in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Jess. Savor all the flavors of Japan with both appetizers and dessert to accompany your sushi.

You'll begin with wonton chips topped with spicy tuna and a spicy kewpie mayonnaise drizzle. Next, you'll master the art of maki sushi and nigiri by using seaweed paper and fresh fish to spicy salmon rolls and classic nigiri. Cook up a side of teriyaki green beans before frying green tea ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
