Enjoy all of the wonderful flavors, textures and delights of Asian cuisine without any gluten. In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Harold, you'll learn how to prepare classic Asian favorites with a gluten-free twist.

Begin by brewing a spicy tom yum soup with lemongrass and chili peppers before creating authentic drunken noodles peppered with lobster, chicken, shrimp and various vegetables. Then, Chef Harold will teach you how to make chicken yakitori followed by a sweet and incredibly fresh tropical fruit salad featuring lychee and mango.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
