Cooking Class - Classic Homemade Gnocchi Techniques

What You’ll Do

Create and indulge in a classic Italian meal with Chef Blake.

Learn how to handcraft gnocchi completely from scratch and dress it in two entirely different sauces in this hands-on pasta-making class with Chef Blake. Along with discovering Italian cooking techniques, you'll use use fresh ingredients in each recipe.

Begin with juicy tomato basil bruschetta on truffle oil crostini. Then, enjoy two types of homemade gnocchi: Potato gnocchi coated in a smooth, buttery sage sauce and gnocchi puttanesca tossed with kalamata olives, capers and fresh tomatoes. Dessert is tiramisu with all the trimmings, including espresso, liqueur, mascarpone cheese and lady fingers.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Blake did a phenomenal job. He was pleasant and easy to talk with and his food was spectacular. I highly recommend his Coastal Mexican menu - everything was fresh and delicious!
