Cooking Class - Japanese and Chinese Fare

What You’ll Do

Recreate classic dishes from your favorite Asian restaurants along with a unique dessert.

In this interactive cooking class, Chef William will teach you how to balance traditional Japanese flavors while practicing time-honored techniques from rolling sushi to tossing a hearty stir fry.

You will start with a colorful carrot salad dressed with homemade ginger-sesame vinaigrette. Next, Chef William will guide you as you prepare, fill and shape vegetable and seafood sushi rolls. Learn the secrets to creating a simple stir-fried rice brimming with chicken and vegetables. Finish class with dessert sushi rolls with fluffy marshmallows and crunchy cereal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Will was a wonderful instructor! He was very informative, patient, friendly, and fun. The food was excellent too! My fiance kept eating more. Definitely would recommend!!
