What You’ll Do

Get a taste of various Asian cuisines in this hands-on class with Chef Rosilind.

From Japanese sushi to Chinese lo mein, experience the varied cuisines of Asia with Chef Rosilind as your guide in this cooking class. As you cook, you'll also learn professional kitchen techniques to use at home.

First, you'll learn how to make California rolls, from prepping ingredients to creating a tight sushi roll, and Thai coconut soup with cilantro and curry paste. Next, prepare lo mein noodles loaded with vegetables, and sata andagi, a sweet deep-fried dessert similar to a donut.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rosilind was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She was such a good teacher and kept us engaged throughout the entire class while we had fun learning new techniques. The food was incredible! I highly recommend this class to everyone in the Columbus area!
