Join Chef Eliza in a hands-on cooking class where you'll learn how to make several gourmet Italian dishes using authentic Italian cooking techniques as you prepare the meal together.
First, assemble an antipasti platter with an anchovy garlic-butter dip. Then toss together an heirloom tomato and burrata cheese salad drizzled with a balsamic reduction. For the second course, learn how to make pillowy citrus ricotta ravioli and serve it in a strawberry marinara sauce, and for dessert, prepare a creamy honey almond panna cotta.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After completing an internship with the Rachael Ray show in college, Chef Eliza fell in love with food. She moved to New York and began culinary school, which led her to own and operate her own catering company in Chicago, and now rise to the elite role of executive chef in San Francisco.
