Learn how to make a classic Venezuelan meal infused with ingredients from different cultures in this hands-on cooking class with Chefs Luis and Sabrina. You'll become an expert in Latin flavors and you'll want to incorporate them into your home cooking over and over again.

Start by preparing traditional chicken and avocado arepas and an authentic Venezuelan pastichio pasta dish layered with ground beef, ham and cheese. Next, chop chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions and more for a Venezuelan side dish known as gallina salad. Finish by whipping up a luscious quesillo típica for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This course was fantastic- the food was super tasty and I learned a lot about how to prepare these dishes and about cooking tips generally. Also just an awesome time- the chefs are nice and fun and I’d absolutely recommend this to anyone interested
