With the creative recipes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mike, you'll enjoy the bounty of the land presented in a series of small plate recipes. It's an array of fresh flavors that celebrate the ingredients available in each season.

Begin your lesson with a ricotta gnocchi featuring ham and spring peas and create lamb meatballs topped with yogurt and mint. Toss together an arugula salad dressed with lemon vinaigrette and prepare a salmon and saffron beurre blanc entrГ©e. A chocolate soufflГ© dessert awaits you at lesson's end.

We recently had a remarkable dining experience with Mike, and I must say, it was truly exceptional. From start to finish, Mike's passion for cooking and his attention to detail were evident, making our night a memorable one. Mike was incredibly accommodating. He took the time to understand our dietary preferences and any specific requests we had. His flexibility allowed us to fully enjoy the evening without any concerns. From the appetizers to the main course and even the dessert, every bite was great!
