What You'll Do

Join Chef Jenna for an Italian extravaganza featuring homemade pizza and pasta doughs.

In this hands-on cooking class, you will practice essential techniques of Italian cooking: making pasta and pizza from scratch. Chef Jenna will share time-honored methods for preparing homemade pasta dough for ravioli and pizza dough for making, shaping and baking personalized pies.

Begin with a light salad featuring regional Italian ingredients before crafting jumbo ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta served with spicy tomato sauce. Next, get creative with your favorite ingredients to make your own signature pizzas from start to finish. For dessert, enjoy classic Italian olive oil cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our experience was incredible!! Chef Jenna was absolutely amazing!! We loved her! She was very knowledgeable, hardworking, and very sociable! It was like learning and cooking with a friend. We learned a lot of practical cooking tips, had so much fun, and then enjoyed a delicious meal!!! I would highly recommend this experience to others. It exceeded our expectations! This was a birthday gift for my mom, and I really think she loved it!

This was a superb experience from start to finish. Jenna brought everything we needed and expertly walked us through the whole cooking process. She is a natural teacher, explaining fascinating and useful cooking tips that will serve us well far in the future. She made the whole experience pleasant and fun, and one that we won't soon forget. Oh, and did I mention the food was phenomenal? Every dish was delicious, and the baklava was the best we've ever had. Highly recommend!
