In this interactive cooking class, Chef Jenna highlights the signature flavors of Korean BBQ with a vegetable-focused menu. Learn how to make classic dishes inspired by Korean cuisine using regional produce.

Begin the class with a refreshing salad featuring Korea’s most iconic dish: Kimchi. Next, the chef will teach you how to build the rich, smoky flavors of Korean bulgogi using daikon radish as your base. To accompany your bulgogi, enjoy a spicy cucumber salad and barley tea jasmine rice. For dessert, craft a sweet take on pa jun, traditional Korean pancakes.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
