Explore the ingredients and cooking techniques of your favorite Korean dishes.
In this hands-on cooking class, learn how to make several Korean dishes using authentic cooking techniques and fresh ingredients.
Begin by whipping up an appetizer of savory kimchi pancakes. Then, it's time to make the main dish: Korean barbecued pork ribs, which you'll season with scallions and sesame and drench in a sweet and spicy gochujang glaze. Enjoy with a quick kimchi radish condiment you'll toss together as the ribs cook. For dessert, learn how to make matcha-infused madeleines.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
