Get ready for a taste of the Greek Islands as you learn how to prepare traditional Greek food with an American twist. In this hands-on class, Chef Maria will share with you the unique and impassioned cooking process of the Greeks, showing you how to transform simple ingredients into healthy and flavorful meals.

After preparing traditional tzatziki dip and horiatiki salad, you'll learn how to make flavorful moussaka with eggplant, ground beef and creamy BГ©chamel sauce before whipping up sweet almond cookies for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Maria is amazing, very professional and is a nice teacher. We had the Taste of the Greek Islands and she explained every step how to make it. I’m very glad that I had her teaching us. I’ll do this again, the dinner was fantastic

What a delightful evening! Chef Maria was warm and enjoyable, walking us through the preparation and cooking of an AMAZING greek meal (the moussaka was unbelievable). You can plainly see the passion in her craft, and taste her love of all things food in her meals. Maria is an amazong chef and and even more amazing person!
