In this immersive cooking class, Chef Ashley will provide expert knowledge on traditional Italian cooking, plus some creative tips to put a twist on classic dishes.

You'll begin with a Roman-inspired bruschetta, made with crusty crostini, creamy herb ricotta and bursting cherry tomatoes in a balsamic reduction. Next, learn how to make handmade fettuccine topped with an innovative and nutrient-dense broccoli purГ©e with grilled chicken and roasted cauliflower. End your lesson on a sweet note with a delightful fruit crostata.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Since graduating from Stratford University, Chef Ashley has been strengthening and sharing her skills in the pastry arts. The certified pastry chef loves baking sweet and savory dishes from decadent pastries to fresh bread. With experience as a volunteer instructor, culinary event assistant and cooking competition participant, Chef Ashley is excited to share her knowledge with those wanting to expand their baking skills.
