WHAT YOU’LL DO
Step up your sushi skills with a session that adds some new tips and tricks!
Expand your sushi expertise in this intermediate hands-on cooking class with Chef Danh. You'll surprise yourself by taking your newfound talents as a budding sushi chef to the next level of culinary excellence!
Begin the class by assembling an imitation crab and avocado salad before preparing all the components you will need for your sushi, including the rice, nori and fillings. Next, conquer three delicious recipes: a tiger roll, a volcano roll and a third roll that you'll invent yourself! Finish up with anmitsu, a traditional Japanese fruit and ice cream parfait.
