Enjoy the vibrant flavors of Mexican cuisine with Chef Kevin.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll explore the art of balancing bold flavors while preparing dishes inspired by Mexican cuisine using high-quality ingredients and with Chef Kevin as your guide.

Begin with a dip reminiscent of elote, a popular street food featuring roasted corn, queso fresco and cilantro. For the entrée, learn how to slow cook chicken for a dish layered with complex flavors paired with summer squash, pickled red onions and rice pilaf. Finish the meal with the classic combination of cinnamon and chocolate in a churro-inspired muffin drizzled with a luxurious chocolate sauce.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kevin was great! Very easy going and pleasant to be around! Explained everything he was doing and why and what effect it would have on the food. Everything tasted delicious.

Kevin was great, he made everything super easy. I surprised my girlfriend (who loves to cook) and we really enjoyed the menu. Kevin took care of everything - brought all the tools, ingredients and did the cleanup.
