What You’ll Do

Learn how to make fresh and flavorful steakhouse dishes from scratch.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Luca, you'll learn new kitchen skills as you make elegant New American dishes like reverse-seared steak, walnut-studded baked brie and more.

Begin by topping brie with honey, walnuts and dried cranberries then baking and serving with crostini, and mixing a fresh spinach salad with raspberries and goat cheese. For the main dish, you'll learn how to prepare reverse-seared steak served with bacon Brussels sprouts and hearty fingerling potatoes. For dessert, make ice cream or sorbet completely from scratch.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
