In this interactive cooking class with Chef Anne you'll take plant-based cuisine to a truly gourmet level. Both foodies and meat lovers will be impressed with what you learn how to make!

After appetizers of hummus, flatbread and carrot ginger soup, Chef Anne will show you how to make creamy miso pasta peppered with Brussels sprouts. Dessert features a raw chocolate avocado tart made with nuts, dates and cacao powder. All dishes will be prepared with the freshest ingredients, and meat will be far from your mind.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Anne was fantastic and engaging! She is passionate about cooking and was a wonderful teacher. We learned so many helpful techniques and we can’t wait to recreate these beautiful meals for family and friends.
