Chocolate lovers are invited to participate in this hands-on cooking class where you will practice the art of handcrafting luxurious chocolate treats with Chef Stacey as your guide.
Learn how to temper, flavor and shape chocolate into sophisticated desserts starting with a red wine truffle made with silky chocolate ganache and rolled in cocoa powder. Next, prepare a beloved Brazilian treat, brigadeiro, a classic confection made with condensed milk and coated in chocolate sprinkles. Finally, indulge in a tempered chocolate bonbon filled with smooth and creamy salted caramel.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

A passionate culinarian, Chef Stacey started her own business and now spends her days sharing her cooking and baking knowledge and experience in a host of interactive culinary experiences. Prior to that, Chef Stacey curated extensive pastry experience working as a lead pastry cook, lead cake decorator and a pastry chef instructor for the country’s largest hands-on cooking class program.
