Explore the diverse flavors of the Mediterranean with Chef Bill.

Join Chef Bill in this hands-on cooking class for a flavorful excursion. From the dried fruits and grains of North Africa and the Middle East to the rich olive oil and salty feta cheese of the Greek isles, this hearty feast showcases the bounty of the Mediterranean.

Start the meal with a sweet and savory appetizer of dates stuffed with creamy blue cheese. For the main course, pair seasoned chicken thighs with fresh vegetables, lentils, farro and olives dressed with olive oil, lemon juice and regional spices. To finish, indulge in a traditional cake featuring Greek yogurt, citrus and cognac.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He graduated from Columbus State University with honors and went on to work as a chef apprentice at an exclusive retirement facility. He has a wealth of experience in catering and culinary management, and he even won second place in the Taste of New Albany competition. As a traveling chef, he loves to share his passion for cooking with others.

We really enjoyed our class with Chef Bill! He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time. We learned some great new tips and techniques that will help us recreate these wonderful dishes. I highly recommend Chef Bill to all those in the Columbus area!
