What You’ll Do

Prepare a full Italian meal using fresh ingredients and centered around classic chicken piccata.

In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn how to prepare an Italian-inspired feast created by Chef Rosilind. Throughout class, you'll also learn valuable kitchen tips for plating, knife skill and more.

Begin by building a classic caprese bruschetta with balsamic glaze. For the entrГ©e, you'll make chicken piccata with a hint of white wine and garlic, and studded with capers, along with roasted Brussels sprouts sprinkled with Parmesan. For dessert, Chef Rosilind will teach you how to prepare tiramisu with layers of lady fingers, rum and coffee.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rosilind was wonderful! She was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cooking. She was such a good teacher and kept us engaged throughout the entire class while we had fun learning new techniques. The food was incredible! I highly recommend this class to everyone in the Columbus area!
