Cooking Class - Simply Greek

What You’ll Do

Discover the beauty of classic Greek cuisine with Chef Bill.

In this hands-on cooking class led by Chef Bill, guests will use simple, high-quality ingredients to create robust Greek-inspired dishes that explore the signature styles of Mediterranean cuisine.

Start the meal with a refreshing tomato and cucumber salad dressed lightly with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice. Highlight the bounty of the sea with a baked salmon flavored with garlic, cilantro, tomato and lime. To accompany the main dish, prepare Greek style potatoes featuring a zesty kick of lemon and garlic. For dessert, enjoy traditional Greek honey cookies made with brandy and walnuts.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

For nearly two decades, Chef Bill has been making a name for himself in the culinary world. He graduated from Columbus State University with honors and went on to work as a chef apprentice at an exclusive retirement facility. He has a wealth of experience in catering and culinary management, and he even won second place in the Taste of New Albany competition. As a traveling chef, he loves to share his passion for cooking with others.

We really enjoyed our class with Chef Bill! He was very knowledgeable and informative. He was such a good teacher and kept us engaged the entire time. We learned some great new tips and techniques that will help us recreate these wonderful dishes. I highly recommend Chef Bill to all those in the Columbus area!
